Acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below is required upon enrollment in Kriya's referral program.
You must be a Kriya's registered user. The candidate cannot be already in Kriya's database (must not have had contact within the last 1 years).
Only the first application that Kriya receives will be eligible for the referral gift in cases when the candidate is introduced by more than one person.
A candidate must successfully be placed with the client within three months of the introduction date.
The gift will only be awarded after the candidate has worked for the client for a minimum of 12 weeks.
If there is a disagreement, the company's decision is final.
Only the initial placement is eligible to receive the referral gift; subsequent placements are void.
The gift described in this plan for referrals is a net payment, the receiver is legally obligated to pay any taxes resulting from receiving the referral gift.
